Cacique Wraps IMEX America with Momentum and Meaning
Las Vegas, October 11, 2025
As the curtain closes on another inspiring #IMEXAmerica, Cacique International returns to The Bahamas with full hearts, fresh ideas, and forward momentum. From the buzzing show floor at Mandalay Bay to rooftop gatherings under the Vegas skyline, the week was defined by smart conversations, soulful partnerships, and a shared vision for the future of events and experiences.
At the heart of it all: Charles Adderley and Lio Mograbi, proudly representing Cacique International at the buzzing Bahamas Booth D2752. Across three packed days, they engaged with global industry leaders in travel, events, and hospitality—sharing insights, building relationships, and flying the Bahamian flag high. As the first and leading DMC and event design company in The Bahamas, Cacique has spent 27+ years crafting world-class experiences for incentive groups, luxury brands, and forward-thinking event planners. IMEX offered a platform to showcase not only this legacy—but the exciting directions ahead.
WHAT’S NEXT WITH MONTAGE CAY
A key moment of the week was an exchange atop Ole Red’s rooftop in Las Vegas, where the team connected with Montage International to explore the vision for Montage Cay—a highly anticipated luxury private island resort in the Abacos, set to open in late 2026.
With 50 all-suite accommodations, seven white-sand beaches, and the refined elegance of Montage, this private island development is poised to become one of the most sought-after destinations for elevated events, executive groups, and incentive travel in the Caribbean. For Cacique, it represents not just opportunity—but alignment with a brand that shares a commitment to excellence, personaliSation, and place.
EXPLORING NEW HORIZONS WITH EVENTS DESIGN @ SEA
This year’s IMEX also marked another strong showing for Events Design @ Sea (EDS), Cacique’s sister brand dedicated to elevating events on the ocean.
From intimate incentives to full-ship takeovers, EDS continues to redefine what’s possible in the floating MICE space. With demand surging for high-impact cruise-based experiences, EDS stands at the helm—designing programs that blend the freedom of the open sea with the flawless execution and storytelling of luxury events. Conversations with cruise industry leaders like Royal Caribbean and 3D Cruise Partners underscored a shared vision for what’s next—bold ideas, immersive guest journeys, and bespoke experiences that transform how events at sea are imagined and delivered.
WHERE PARADISE MEETS PURPOSE
Throughout the week, Cacique also celebrated its longstanding partnership with the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board (NPIPB). For nearly three decades, this relationship has championed the spirit, creativity, and soul-deep hospitality that make The Bahamas a world-class destination for MICE travel. Together, we’ve not only welcomed the world to our shores—we’ve helped shape how the world experiences them.
WHAT’S NEXT
From land to sea, from legacy partnerships to bold new ventures—IMEX America reminded us of the power of presence, purpose, and possibility.
We’re deeply grateful to our partners, collaborators, and everyone who stopped by to say hello, share a vision, or spark something new. The future of events is global, imaginative, and soulfully human—and we’re proud to be shaping it together.
